Inside My New Web Developer and SEO Specialist Website

Homepage of Ingvar Estorco’s new web developer and SEO specialist website

I’ve launched a new website that brings my work, skills, and ideas into one clear space. It shows what I do as a web developer and SEO specialist. More importantly, it shows how those two areas work better together.

I didn’t want a site that only looked good. I wanted each page to feel fast, useful, and easy to understand. The result is a focused home for my projects, services, work history, and notes from the field.

Why I Built a New Website

My work has changed a lot over the past four years. I started with hands-on web design and development. Since then, I’ve built and launched more than 170 websites. I’ve also moved deeper into technical SEO, search strategy, and AI search visibility.

The old version of my online presence no longer told that full story. My new site needed to show both sides of my work. A strong website needs clean code and a clear design. It also needs a sound search foundation from day one.

That idea shaped the main message on the homepage: “Websites that perform. SEO that compounds.” It sums up the type of work I want to do. I build useful websites, then help them earn more value over time.

A Clearer View of My Work

The new site puts real work near the front. Visitors can scan a few featured builds on the homepage or open my full website project portfolio.

These projects cover more than one type of task. Some involved moving a site to WordPress. Others focused on e-commerce, custom ordering, speed, Core Web Vitals, or technical search fixes. Together, they show how I approach different goals and platforms.

I also added short notes to each featured project. A screenshot can show the final design. The notes explain the problem I helped solve. That context makes the portfolio more useful for clients who need similar work.

Web Development and SEO in One Process

Development and SEO are often treated as separate jobs. That can create gaps. A design may look polished but load slowly. A search plan may be sound but hard to apply because of the way a site was built.

My process connects both areas early. I think about structure, mobile use, speed, metadata, schema, crawl paths, and content needs while the site takes shape. This makes it easier to build a solid base instead of fixing avoidable issues later.

The web development and SEO services section now explains this in four clear parts:

  • Website design and development
  • Technical and on-page SEO
  • SEO strategy and reporting
  • AI search visibility

I work across WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, and Squarespace. I also use GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to find issues and guide next steps.

Designed to Be Simple and Direct

The visual style is clean, dark, and bold. Large type gives each section a clear purpose. The bright green accent adds energy without taking over the page.

I kept the navigation short. Visitors can move straight to projects, services, my background, experience, or the blog. Each section answers a basic question: What do I build? How can I help? What have I done? How can we start?

The site also works across screen sizes. Text, project images, menus, and calls to action adjust for phones and tablets. That matters because a portfolio should be easy to review from any device.

Built for Search and AI Discovery

The work behind the page matters as much as the design. I added a clear heading structure, page titles, descriptions, internal links, image text, and structured data. These details help search systems understand the site and help people find the right information.

I also included a blog for practical articles about development, technical SEO, and AI search. This gives me room to share lessons from real work. It also lets the site grow beyond a fixed portfolio.

AI tools are changing how people discover services and experts. Clear facts, connected topics, and useful writing now matter across both classic and AI-led search. The new website gives me a better base for testing and sharing what I learn.

A Better Picture of Who I Am

A good personal site should feel personal. My about section shares where I’m based, what I studied, and how I work. I’m in Iligan, Philippines, and work with clients and teams remotely.

The experience section shows the path from web development into advanced SEO work and team leadership. It also lists the skills and training that support my work today. Visitors don’t have to piece my background together across several profiles.

What Comes Next

A website is never truly finished. I’ll keep improving this one as I finish new projects, learn new methods, and see how people use each page.

I plan to publish more notes about website builds, technical fixes, search reporting, and AI visibility. I’ll also add new case studies that explain the choices behind the final result.

For now, I’m glad to have a home that reflects the way I work today: practical, direct, and focused on lasting value.
